Nicole is a current senior at Monmouth University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Journalism and Public Relations studies. She was elected President of Membership Recruitment for her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII) where she oversaw the annual budget, cultivated an appealing experience while recruiting over 250 potential new members, and planned and hosted formal recruitment.  She also just concluded serving as the Entertainment Editor of Monmouth’s student-staff newspaper, “The Outlook,” where she copy edited, formed the layout and design, and specialized in entertainment interviews. Prior to these leadership roles, she served as President of Communication for AOII; Ingraffia managed the chapter’s social media platforms and solidified its brand and reputation. She is simultaneously a leader and a team player, which will enable her to launch a successful career in the public relations industry
